Vesisama - the Finnish solutions for better co-operation on street area whit a total pipeline rehabilitation work in a larger area

At IFME World Congress on Municipal Engineering & IPWEA International Public Works Conferenceis Jari Kaukonen a chairman of the Finnish  Society for Threnchless Technology and a member  of executive sub committee in worldwide society International Society for Therenchless Technology ISTT, presented who the Finnish have createde a formula to do all reparing and renovation  work at the same time whit minimum disturabbance for the street users and property owners.

Abstract

Normal way to do the pipeline rehabilitation worsk on the streets in Findland is to ask tenders about water mains and sewers for a certain length during different years. In those cases there is a few discussions whit street owners and no discussions whit the house owner nearby.
